SHIPPING

YVIE jewelry are all "limited edition" hand "made to order" or uniquely crafted "one-of-a-kind" pieces. Lead time typically runs 5-10 business days.  Once your item is on the way, a notification will be sent to you via email.  If your order is not going to ship the week you place the order, we will email to let you know.  

In certain cases, delivery time can vary from 1-6 weeks if it is a pre-order, a custom order, or if certain stones are unavailable.  In these instances, we will notify you if your order will take longer.

Orders may be expedited for an additional charge, however, not all items are available for expedited shipping. Please email info@yviedesign.com to inquire.  

Note: All pieces are final sale so please be sure of your purchase.  Many of our jewelry pieces cannot be resized after it is made due to the construction method behind the design.  However, we do want you to love your piece!  Therefore, if you have any questions regarding any of the designs, please email us at info@yviedesign.com and we will be happy to assist you best we can.

 

READY TO GIFT - PACKAGING

Each piece of YVIE jewelry is wrapped in special anti-tarnish jeweler's tissue (to protect the metals) and ships in a white gift box, tied off with ribbon and a YVIE logo gift tag. An artist card with the story behind YVIE will be placed in the box.  With select exceptions - where the piece may be unusual in shape, length or size, and can not safely fit and ship within the standard gift boxes available.

 

RETURNS 

Please be mindful that each piece of YVIE jewelry you order is custom handcrafted and made-to-order in our studio, therefore, all sales are final.  

In the event your jewelry arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package at hello@yviedesign.com to report the problem.  In your message, please include your name, order number, email address, a photo of the damaged item, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.  If the damage or defect is determined to be our fault, we will be happy to replace your piece (assuming a comparable replacement is available), or provide you with a full refund (including shipping costs), and issue you a Return Authorization number for shipping back the damaged item.

In order to obtain a full refund, please ship your item back within 5 days of receiving your RA number.  The RA# must be clearly labeled on the outside of your return package. Return shipments without an authorized RA# will not be accepted.  

The damaged or defective piece must be shipped to YVIE's studio in the original packaging with all labels affixed and prepaid via insured mail, along with the RA# written on the invoice and clearly labeled on the outside of your return package.  Standard return shipping costs will be included in your refund once the item is received and approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
